San Pedro de Atacama

Hi!

Today I'm going to talk about the best vacation ever. In February 2014, I went to San Pedro de Atacama with my dad and my sis. In this summer, we traveled for the north. We were in Copiapó, Antofagasta, Iquique and San Pedro. I was so happy because I love the north. I want to live there someday.

In San Pedro de Atacama, we went out in the night eat to any rustic restaurant. In the morning, we went to tourist places. For example, Laguna Cejar, the Geysers of the Tatio and the Valle de la Luna. The latter, is my favorite place in the travel. This place is magic and SO amazing. But not all can be perfect, the last night in San Pedro I got sickL. Sorry dad, sorry sis.

This was the first vacation with my dad and my sis. Only the three and this is special for us. With my sister and my mom we have other vacations and also are magical. 

Machuca is a small Andean village with a village of 20 houses and located a few kilometers from San Pedro de Atacama. When you go to Geyser of the Tatio, you can go to here. In this place, the people sell many (MANY) herbs. I bought herbs for stomach ache.

I hope I can return to this magic place.

    My parents went to Iquique too, they said it was a very nice place so I hope that one day I'll be able to go too. Kisses!

Blog 8: Summer Plans

Hi, how are u? Today I going to talk about what I would like to do in the summer. Sincerely, I don't know what I will do. Since I'm a little girl I love the north. I love the weather. the people, the places and its colors (The desert has colors so beautiful. for example: orange, brown, purple and sometimes, red. I saw this colors in Atacama Desert and I fell in love). So, how I like north, I would like to go. I would like to go to La Serena and hopefully a little further north. The one thing I be sure, that I going to Copiapo. There live my grandma, stepgrampa, my cousins and my uncles. In a beach, close to Chañaral, there is a place with little houses and two beach. In the night, there is a little festival. I just say: MY GRANDMA DOES SHOWS AND USES COSTUME. One day, she dressed up as a toilet. She's SO funny. she is: "Tía Vicky". Hi all! I'm in the second year of journalism. I still have 3 years left to finish the carreer. Today I will talk about what I want to do when I leave university: I like to go out and look for news, talk with people and ask questions. I want to make news in the field, go out to report and then write stories. I love writing chronicles and I hope to dedicate myself once to that. I also like to investigative journalism a lot because one can understand and use the power of a journalist. I would like to work most of the time on the street, but at the end of the day i would have a desk where I can sit down and write.
